I start this blog, a travel blog, aptly named for the first stanza of the wonderful Dr. Suess book, with intention to go to Great Places.
I have feet in my shoes and brains in my head. I have learned a lot in the past three semesters and the University of Minnesota, and I have no doubt that this semester will be full of invaluable learning and growing. And then, Africa.
I still have a never ending check list of things to get done before May, which I know will sneak up on me the way time usually does. But I thought I'd start this blog now in preparation.
To those of you who have decided to support me prayerfully and financially on this journey, thank you again. And again, and again.

Young Life: Arrival-June 17
Arcadia Study Abroad Orientation: June 18-20
Study Abroad Course: June 21- July 26
Peace House: July 27- August 14 (ish)
